Program Note: SURGE is a choreographer’s response to sea level rise. The project is an ongoing, multi-year art+science collaboration between Jessie Jeanne Stinnett (Founder/Co-Director/Choreographer, Boston Dance Theater), Dr. Larry J Pratt (Senior Scientist, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution & Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and the Core Members of Boston Dance Theater.
